LUPAA Journal – Laboratory of Urbanism, Heritage, Architecture and Arts

Copyright

Authors who publish in LUPAA Journal retain their copyright over their works.

By submitting and having their manuscript approved for publication, authors grant the journal the right of first publication of the article, while retaining acknowledgment of authorship and the original publication.

Any subsequent reuse, republication, or dissemination of the work must cite the original publication in LUPAA Journal.

Licensing

Articles published in LUPAA Journal are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows third parties to:

  • share the content;

  • distribute the material in any medium or format;

  • adapt and use the material for any purpose.

In all cases, credit must be given to the author(s) and to the original publication in the journal.

Right of First Publication

Authors grant LUPAA Journal the right of first publication of approved works.

After publication, authors may:

  • distribute the work in institutional repositories;

  • share it on personal pages or academic platforms;

  • use the material in subsequent works.

In all cases, the full reference to the original publication in the journal must be provided.

Content Responsibility

Authors are solely responsible for the content of their manuscripts, including:

  • data presented;

  • interpretations and analyses;

  • images, tables, and charts;

  • citations and references used.

Responsibility for the published information lies solely with the authors and does not necessarily represent the institutional position of the journal or the publishing institution.

Use of Third-Party Material

LUPAA Journal adopts the model of immediate open access, making all its content freely available to the public.

The journal does not charge submission, review, or publication fees.

It is believed that free access to scientific knowledge contributes to the democratization of information and the broader circulation of academic knowledge.

Reuse and Self-Archiving
